David Spicer had a falling out with Scott. He resigned and found employement at another firm.

JJ has been doing a good job and is now in charge of the IR dept. JJ is from Vancouver,BC. All his family is there. If they wanted to move the Ir dept back south, I doubt JJ would move. TSIS would have to found new people again.

I personally think that the IR dept can do a great job anywhere they are located. All it takes are phones plus dialing and smiling.

these are only my opinions

$4 per share in 16 months?

IMHO, this will be a challenging goal, indeed.

That is probably why Don was asked several times at the AGM to specifically rule out any reverse split. His answer was as strong a statement against doing so as it is wise for any CEO to make, ie never say never.

Net income should be do-able <grin>.

Market cap is even do-able -- would require a share price of $1.33.

Perhaps there is some flexibility in the NASDAQ listing requirements.

Or ... just speculating now ... perhaps a buyback of some shares with immediate retirement of the shares in order to reduce the float might make it.

Should be an interesting year, eh?
