MAT is paying $3 billion & change . . .

for a company Paul Richards has implied should be worth less than $1 billion. I recall him saying, just a few months back when the stock price was in its teens (approx 2/3 its current price), that the stock was on its way to single digits. If, after a presumably thorough analysis by a herd of lawyers, accountants, bankers, etc., a well-established company like Mattel is willing to plop down $3 billion plus, I'm not sure Paul Richards deserves an apology for jumping up and down and saying that TLC should be a single-digit stock.
