Phil, I can see possibilities, good and bad, for MGR shareholders.

I have no studies or education or experience or access to make these
predictions. Just some simple thoughts.

First, the good stuff.

(1) This thread's Dr. Dave Webb has all the above elements, and as
we all know, in themselves do not tell us the character of a person
that will be available for us in hard and critical and demanding times.

So far it has been a waiting game, lots of work Dave has done to keep
MGR afloat and in a position to move forward. I give Dave good marks
here, but the real test, to seperate those few that can deliver when
most cannot, to me is now upon MGR.

Dave has to do 2 things, first forcast that a need for gold will arrive
to the market, in say 1-3 years, and get MGR in a position that MGR has
the ability to suppy the gold.

To me, Dave and the other officers of MGR have already completed this
task in the form of a plan to accomplish each.

The first prediction
of a move in the gold supply is very subjective and many factors can
change quickly. But to me I will guess that the foundation of a prediction
in the gold supply and demand will change for the better is simply that
unnatural and forced and unmarket conditions are keeping the POG and
it supply & demand to where it is. Not if, but when this will not work,
and if so, a big snap and pop.

Today if MGR was .25 or even .10, I would sell all I got and wait with
expectation of it to go to .05, and buy back all x2. But at .05, I will
not chance it for a .025 when a .25 is possible.

As for the second thing to position MGR for a better market, I believe
Dave and his company already have this in the works. Execution is needed,
but a cash flow is first necessary. Dave cannot release to this thread
the details, not only would be insider info, but the other gold companies
might read it and agree and try get stuff before MGR does.

I hope that the MAC thing is settled, and MGR starts making money from
the Mongolia mines soon. But to me this will not be met with a nice
raise in the POG, or even a nice rise in MGR stock price. But it will
give us shareholders a new view, to watch Dave build MGR into a better
company with gold and silver and anything else Dave sees as adding to
the cash flow to MGR. Maby even a donut or pizza store next to the
mining sites, if Dave can get his grandmothers secret dough recipe.

Wait, not for POG and demand, but the MAC release and build MGR with
Dave for the near future when POG and demand jumps up high.

The next 6 months or one year to hope for MAC settlement and cash flow.
Not share price to go to your investment get back point since very much
not to happen signs at this point in time.

Bad News is that BearCatBob has still not brought MGR shares.
He must still believe that the POG will drop under $???.
