Hmmmm... This customer service thing has been an issue for a few months now. Has anyone called their investor relations person and asked what their plans are for increasing their number customer service people? With most of the accounts being less than 6 months old, I imagine they are overwhelmed with phone calls. It just seems that they have had enough time to recognize this and hire more help.

Well...it has to be really bad. I mean it. I have Quicken to back me up...it sends the financial data transactional requests for me. If I didn't have that way into the bank....I'd get another bank at this point. This could be why they were down-graded...ie I'd downgrade them too, based on the service I'm getting at this point. And I'm not bitching....I'm just telling you there are problems, I have a work around solution by using Quicken, but perhaps 80% to 90% of the other customers don't. We'll see it will all get reflected in the Stock Price sooner or later...based on growth.
