Or an officer or director..... partnership.... share exchange...form 4....form 5....form 144..... So you are implying (WITH NO EVIDENCE TO BACK IT UP) that Kummerow still owns BAAT shares? In fact by your reasoning he must own nearly 8 million shares. Funny it only took 250,000 to be a partner but he would buy an additional 7.75 million. Maybe he's the guy that drove the stock up to $3.25? With that much invested in BAT he would probably have them mentioned on his website or building vehicles for him. I wonder why he doesn't? Maybe Joe can sort this out in February.

According to the definition of an Insider, he/she must own 10% or more of the company, or be an officer. "A shareholder who owns more than 10% of a corporation, or an officer or director."
