FLC & KEG for the risk oriented....

Over-reaction to debt/leverage in the peak of tax loss selling and historically low crude/commodity prices; but at a low cost of money and assets.... I don't think these 2 companies are going anywhere...

For the stout at heart - doesn't get any better than these 2 right here; right now...

Can anyone here comment on this:

news.com

Is a problem with a rig's mooring system something that can be readily repaired by FLC if Mobile asked for a repair?

What is FLC's reputation concerning rig quality and promptness on repairing problems?

Is this just a lame excuse by Mobile to renig on a contract when they are trying to reduce expenses or is it a legitamate gripe? How long does a contract dispute such as this take to settle in court? Has anyone contacted FLC concerning this matter?
