Tony
Maybe Oaktree feel Jurick is in a position that
they can now apply pressure if say the court proceedings
may be able to be turned in a direction in favour of the
creditors.Lets face it even with this offer none of the
secured would loose and many of the shareholders wouldnt
either.
Maybe they know that Mr Jurick has MSN turned and 1 more
Q of looking good will make it that much more costly
Either way the play is on and our wellbeing depends
on Mr Juricks short term strength and Oaktrees long term
objectives

STILL LOOKS BETTER THAN ONE MONTH AGO

Best to all on MSN its been a long wait

All one need do is look at this statement in the GYM release

(Mr. Jurick referred to Oaktree's offer
as ''unrealistically low.'' )
I am hearing that we could very well see more interesting offers by others who are realizing that
Emerson is worth a lot more.
Even Jurick might want to place an offer himself................:^)

This is just beginning but taking the shape of something that could really get interesting. Won't
happen over night but looks like a high possibility of making us who have been patient do some
heavy duty smiling.
It would appear that much of the selling is coming from small investors, maybe long time limit orders
being filled. However there is BUYERS for THAT stock, think about it folks, WHO is the
BUYERS.
It is pure RUMOR but the rumor I heard is that a firm called Dwitt Financial somewhere in Cal.
placed a buy on MSN to their clients of up to $1.00, with expectations of MSN going to $4.00.
May not even be such a firm but the rumor IS floating around. As usual, believe such only WHEN
you see it.
One thing I am personally convinced of is that my source sure believes we'll see MSN move a lot
higher than current price. Which makes me very confident that the current price of .62 cents could
look mighty cheap in early 1999

Malcolm
