Haven't been on this thread for quite a while. Bought in at $0.56 and now more or less worthless at $0.04. Just another one of my bad purchases, darn! Too worthless to dump or worry about however will dump for next years taxes. I am curious about whatever happened to the complaint filed in District Court on May 14th, 1998, by the SEC against LS Capital alleging fraud and other violations? Has this ever been settled and if not, how can we track the latest events? Perhaps there has been something on this subject in the prior posts that I missed. This is a really bad mark against this company and don't see how it can go anywhere with such a bad track record. This was litigation release # 15739
