ALL: I just read a post over on Yahoo - I think that it was from Geo AU and it got me thinking. We are all complaining about this convertible - and to our knowledge management is not taking us seriously. Well what strength do we have? one by one not much but as a block maybe we could leave an impression on their minds!!!!! The first thing we would need to do is to see just how much strength we have. We would need to have a single person do a tally of the shares represented on this board. Now rather than people posting their holdings in OE on the open board say we appointed someone to do the tally and we could e mail them. Then as a block we could see if we can get a response from management. I would suggest Pierre as the tally keeper -if he will accept the job, he is well known on SI to us all and is known on the Yahoo board. Pierre if you are willing I would let you take over. I would start your tally - I now hold 12,000 ADR's. What do you think? John
