Anyone have any thoughts on buying ITEL vs DCTC at this point. It would seem if Someone wanted to buy dctc they could get the shares at a discount of 2.25 by buying itel. The risk would be that the deal does not close and then the itel shares would probably be hit pretty hard. From everything discussed to this point, the deal seems to be progressing on schedule. Is the .75 discount just the risk of not closing or are there other reasons for the discount? Just wondering! Tom in WI
