Hopefully the Intel folks on this thread will quit complaining about AMD's pricing practices. Intel is leading the charge to lower profitability for all.

NSM and AMD would both be very happy to keep prices and margins up.

If this article is right, and I suspect it is, then this is very bad news for AMD. ASPs will tank big time. AMD will have to abandon their policy of 25% below Intel across the board so there goes their market share as well. Looks like Intel is playing hardball alright. Does anyone know when Intel's new Israeli fab comes on line? They'll need the added capacity.
