Why do you guys keep looking for the big hit? It's too rare, if you catch it then fine but the odds are rather thin.

Patrick....I think you and I have covered this, haven't we?

I am still looking, but the damn thing is elusive.

Wait a minute, I do recall taking a big hit.

Great call today. You nailed it. In hindsight it does seem stupid. It may have been obvious to you, but it wasn't to me. It also wasn't obvious to an option trader that had 400 contracts in puts that I was talking to. He was able to liquidate 300 of them this afternoon slightly above cost. I still am short on the SPY. Thanks for the warning. Maybe if you warn me I will learn. I hope so.

Best Wishes,

Bob

I did try to do what you told me today. It was going down and I was about to sell when like you indicated and I got distracted. It started back up and I kept thinking that it would come partially back down. It didn't. I then remembered that you said it would turn at noon, so I waited for that.

Best Wishes,

Bob
