TLC,

How much time between the first indications of collapse and actual collapse will we have to be able to jump in and short maybe 10 shares? I say 10 shares because with all of these brokerages posting new margin requirements (for shorting the internuts), and the continued upsurge in internut prices, even Fort Knox will only be able to short 10 shares.

I will assume that I will get the credit if the network outtage is blamed on Y2K since it will indicate that it was a router/switch.
