The announcement from Radica itself is welcome news....just the sort of thing I feel they need to do more frequently on a whole lot more subjects. A creative PR effort could turn the last CC into a dozen or more very positive releases, each one adding depth to the information briefed in the CC, and keeping the company and it's progress in the mind of the investment community. The same PR department would be hard at work to get the whole story into IBD, WSJ, and any number of investor magazines. An easy way to do this would be to simply inquire of the editors if they've considered doing a story on under-valued small caps, and then volunteer to get the ball rolling with their own story. If they say no, then submit it anyway. I speak from not a little experience. Editors are just that. They work with what they've got, and if they don't have it, they can't work with it. So the shrewd PR guy fills their in-basket constantly. Most companies that don't have a lot of PR going for them sometimes think the editors have to somehow "discover" them. Not so. You might not get ink from every effort, but you can't lose them all....some will bite.
