Goodevening Mr.C , Malcolm and MSNer's, Isn't it true Jurick has control of Emerson with the shares he's still holding? Since Emerson's buying back shares, it seems they're trying to hold off a buyout from any company that might try one. To me, this is one key that shows me how much Emerson itself thinks it's worth! AOL released a bogus statement some days ago, stating that Jurick agreed to the deal. I guess the internet is still getting the bugs out! Couldn't find anything further on DeWitt Financial.
