Skeets, As I've said, Intel is way down the food chain. Those are not pc sales that are giving them a good quarter; they are pc shipments. See the Ingram story Tip quoted and my note above. The real world is getting some tough love ready for the chippies.

That being said, since when is 12% growth a big deal in this industry? It didn't happen, but for an industry all the pundits predicted to grow at 15-20% this year, 12% would not be wonderful even if it was true.

BTW, Intel is losing market share hand over fist on the low end and on laptops. Whoever wrote that article must have just deposited an Intel check at the bank. <G>
