"Obscure" Livingstone I have to admit I recognized who you meant in context. Had you not mentioned the files I wouldn't have placed him, after all he was a minor character from four or five years ago. (Who is Terry Lenzer though?). The trouble with trying to dredge up filegate is four fold. 1) It's old news, even with new allegations 2) Ken Starr exonerated on the issure. To re-open he will look like he screwed up the first time. Oh, he could try the old they withheld this or that but I think that is playing pretty thin with the public right now. 3) Linda Tripp comes back into the picture. That would be the last person the Radical Republicans want associated with their issue. 4) After their last shelacking, the House is unlikely to look after anything less than murder for another investigation. TP -( need to start looking for bodies).
