What I would really love to see is the Republicans thinking that they can STILL win this one and taking this all the way through the Senate until they can assure themselves of a 2/3 vote. The resultant mess that they will get entangled into, will take a few YEARS to get out of! The GOP entered a bear-market of their own, on the day they released President Clinton's grand jury testimony recording. Only problem is, they don't realize it yet! But then, that is precisely the experience of everyone who has gone through a bear-market. Can't really blame the Republicans for being blissfully unaware of their own predicament...
