According to InterQuote, ITEX closed at $1 1/2, down $ 7/8, with a total trading volume of 143,500. Day high of $2 1/2 and low of $ 7/16.

The press release on December 4 stated that ITEX might be delisted but would still be traded on the Nasdaq bulletin board. But a lot of people on the Yahoo message board were saying ITEX was delisted to the pink sheet. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Abel - Don't let this get to you. Nothing about this company has changed. No reason this stock can't support these levels on the BB after the panic sellers are done it will be a good time to average down.

I vote for a new foundation for ITEX and will continue to buy shares. I could go on with what I
know about this organization but that is not at the heart of the issue at hand. I have followed
this corporation for years and still strongly feel ITEX can produce great technological
advances in this sector and industry. I have to say I am not impressed as to what I have seen
the past few months at all! Many of you may try to make statements like "I told ya so" but the
fact remains that the intelligent well spoken and thought out posters on this board know I
have been strong and firm on not taking what I am told and trusting in it.

Show me a investment organization with as good a success rate as mine with all it's recs, then make statements about stocks which fail to hit my PO, I took ITEX of my list months ago for good reason and have replaced it with (TMQ) (PRTL) (ATHM) and (CGZ) to name a few. Most all of the securities are on great strides or have performed with tripple digit percentage gains. Do your homework folks!

I never have put any trust into anything that was spoken to me by the ITEX organization in the
past seven months. ( I have NEVER been paid/compensated for 1 cent for anything I have said about anyone.) There are a minute few that know what is taking place at ITEX and where
they can proceed from here and I commend those that helped me understand their (ITEX)
situation, they know who they are. You may ask my reasons for this issue? It is simply... I see the
potential and know there are few in the sector that have a chance, ITEX is surely one of them.
ITEX needs executives with clout and connections, nothing less! Once we have these figures
we shall grow in leaps and bounds.

The current investors need to stay focused and express their feelings for management, this
also includes feelings towards new management. I feel there needs to be a change of the
guard or at least an added position to maintain and control where we go from here. We
need a change and we should demand one starting this moment. I am amazed at what this
company does but shooting myself in the foot is not my intention, I will continue to expect
growth. I am unhappy where we have ended up... I will express my concern for a change
where I can... get it together ITEX! Making me look like a fool by the way you conduct
business is not the answer. ITEX can do this thing, express your opinions now on this board,
people ARE watching.
