I total disagree with you Jim Pattison has also bought on the open
market well above the PP.This is only one Guy were is your French
dude I thought you said he was involved with the PP.The PP is still not completly down otherwise we would have seen more names come out.That is why the delay in Tse listing.

Teevee: You're right. Typically, when one takes a private placement, the smart thing to do is to short the stock at a "reasonable" price which locks in a profit. Then one must carry any margin if the stock trades above the short price, BUT ONLY UNTIL ONE DELIVERS THE STOCK AFTER THE HOLD PERIOD OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT to cover the short position. If the stock is a winner, one has the options to reinvest in the stock. So it is obvious why Pattison and other big players make money in this game. He probably did the same thing with Cartaway with his private placement. Gary.
