Ron, Mine came in within 3 weeks, but I did call DLJ on this several times to pressure them. The delay you are experiencing sounds unreasonable to me and I would recomend that you take the gloves off with DLJ and demand that they produce what is rightfully yours. I know that my Dad called in most of his shares about the same time I called mine and he is still waiting as well. I would be very curious to know just how many others are out there waiting as well. I think that this could be a sign that our transfer agent is having problems finding enough shares to fill the requests and to me this tells me that the short in DCTC must still be very large. If I am right, then calling our shares is indeed making a difference in our price and the ability of that group to hurt us, I say we keep the pressure on. To all that have requested but not received their certificates, please put more pressure on your brokers for delivery. And for those that have not yet called their shares but are here for the big bang, please consider calling at least the number of shares that you plan to keep to the end. I really think that we can make a difference.

James

Ron,

got a cert from DLJ for 2,500 about three weeks ago and I see this morning they removed another 1,500 for the second cert I requested.

They are filling the smaller lots... keep the pressure up.
