This looks like a standard convertible deal where the holders will short now to drive the price down by mid-January when the 40-day clock starts, then convert the maximum possible to cover on February 28. Looks like 700,000 to 1,000,000 shares dilution.

Do you think I should cover this one at 5, since this is only 10% dilution?

Checked this one today at my local Walgreens.

Rembrandt had approximately 5 times as much space as Enamelon, which in that store meant 5 individual stacks of different sizes/styles compared to Enamelon's single stack.

Rembrandt was placed on a high shelf, just above eye level, and had some additional promotional display materials. Enamelon was on the bottom shelf.
