Since the UNSCOM inspection program is dead and the sanctions were tied to the inspection program, might as well end the sanctions. Clinton has committed the US to a different strategy outside the UN program. Clinton's dick has cost the taxpayers several billion dollars in current and future outlays.

lorrie, again, Saddam is not the population of Iraq, any more than Stalin was the population of Russia or Son of Fearless Leader Kim Duck Son is the population of North Korea. Given the history of people rising up against Saddam, particularly the Kurds, advocating civil insurrection in Iraq is not something we can really do with a straight face.
