In general, I agree with you about a false signal that a technical analysis on a BB stock would send. But, in the case of AIME this is following a very classic pattern that correlates to technical analysis projections. Today was a fine example of the point as we had big volume and a great help above four dollars which has been a resistant level for this stock since September.

The next level to overcome is the five dollar mark which by going back over the chart: (http://www.bigcharts.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?sid=&o_symb=aime&symb=aime&time=7 )has had a sell-off occur on two separate occasions. If we can maintain this level, achieved today, this stock could go above the April high of 8-7/8's.

The recent press releases regarding AIME's agreement with UUNET, an MCI company, to offer Internet access via local telephone numbers to millions of US households as well the MMG and NewTech agreements, all of which can be seen on the thebigbulls.com web site is probably more responsible for investors interest in AIME as opposed to just general frenzy in the Internet stocks.
