I still can't buy online through Schwab. If I could, it would still be cheaper to buy over the phone, because they charge 3 cents a share online. I think I need to change broker.

JWC, you may want to use Fidelity's online Commission Calculator to ensure that your brokerage fee for trading TSIG online is in fact lower than the fee for trading TSIG via touch tone. Strangely enough, the touch tone option can often cost you less . . . I have found several Fidelity employees to be unaware of this. Caveat emptor!

JWC, I have been buying BB stocks through Fidelity online for nearly one year--horrible commissions on BBs though, unless they are over a dollar. Also you must use fractions and not decimals.
