Absolutely correct Bill: As has been rumored, MS is apparently beyond perfectionist
in his relentless pursuit of the Holy Grail of Perfect Video and we should appreciate his continued desire to deliver only the best.

It is also gratifying to know, that FNTN is probably well ahead of the curve in regards to these evolving technologies that are enabling all this to happen.

If people want to live in the dark ages of IE 3.x or Netscape's earliest editions, then they are automatically denying themselves a myriad of Multi-media possibilities.

I personally use four different browsers, because some browsers perform selected tasks better than others and I have plenty of backup in case of failure, which in this environment has to be expected and has saved my bacon more than once.

May I suggest for anyone who is still having problems with their video, that they proceed to Microsoft's download site for IE 5.0 and they will be pleasantly surprised by the way that they have made it so simple to ensure that by downloading this version, they are systematically able to upgrade their platform with service packs and a number of other integrated programs such as Outlook Express Email Client, the new MS multimedia player, etc. etc.

The Internet is a rapidly evolving architecture that requires a certain degree of active participation on the part of users in ensuring that their systems keep abreast of this evolution.

Criticizm of the company or its officers for such a minor oversight or glitch involving an obsolete version of software, is totally uncalled for and rather mean spirited under the circumstances. Who are we to know if AS has even started serious work there yet, or perhaps unbeknownst to all they may already be addressing this problem.

Their priority, it seems, was to get the information out as soon as possible for the benefit of as many shareholders they could reach out to.

Best Rgds
