Manu could be merging with anybody. They are in an impossible position and cant really pick and choose at this point. If it were I2 in merger talks then you would know it had to be psft or orcl. But with manu it could be CA, IBM anybody. Having said that, if you can get manu at the right price its a worthwhile acquisition (much more strategic than Ariba) since distribution is really heating up. Nonetheless if this happens and psft is the suitor I guess psft will fall again. Michelle
