Joe,
Some additional information from one of my E-Mail group. He just received his certs today and they were stamped from American Stock Transfer. When I and many others received our certs they were stamped from Nevada Trust. Those that are still having trouble getting delivery might want to mention this to their respective brokers. They can also refer their individual brokers to American Stock Transfer and get in touch with them at 1-800-937-5449. This could be a possible reason for a delay. I would advise everyone to stay on top of the situation and demand their right to get immediate delivery of their certs.

Hi Joe,
My friend still hasn't received his certificate from E-Trade, even though they charged him an 'Order out fee' of $5 on November 16. The certificate was for 20,000 out of the 22,250 held in his account. I know this for a fact because I made the call for him. He called E-Trade again on December 22nd, they wanted to know if he had ordered 20,000 or did he originally have 44,500 and maybe they already took care of this and blah blah blah. These A-holes at E-Trade said they would call him back. The A-holes already had the $5 fee, why didn't they know how many, or even where the shares were? They returned his call on December 22nd, and said he should receive the certificate by the end of this week, or before the end of this year. Now, these A-holes claim that it would take between 5 and 6 weeks before he would receive the certificate, from the original call on November 16th. This is absolute bull sh*t because I made the call. I also called for my 60,000 shares a few days before this episode, and received them in about 17 days. I plan on calling E-Trade tomorrow to determine what is the cause of the delay, and I will inform them that I'll use the power of the internet (to quickly spread news) to let people know that I am not happy with this type of service.

**** LET E-TRADE KNOW, IN FACT, LET ALL BROKERS KNOW, WE WON'T STAND FOR THIS B.S. ****
