1. The company has signed a letter of intent with America's Home Town Brand Center, Inc., (AHBC), a nationwide provider of wholesale vendor relationships and comprehensive product buying services that currently provides services to a network of about 500 retail establishments. Annual sales exceed $15 million with EBIT of .023% or $350,000. The net effect of the combination is expected to increase revenues to $30 million within two (2) years and raise EBIT to .075% or $2,250,000. 2. The company is negotiating to acquire the business of Personal Consumer Services, Inc., (PCS), which operates two (2) profitable discount consumer membership clubs. Revenues exceed $4 million with EBIT of 12% or $480,000. Existing assets in the form of accounts receivable approximate $3 million. The effect of this combination will enable the Company to launch its consolidation plan within the existing 150 operators of similar clubs nationally. RDIM, I don't know at what level we'll end up. JUST BUY, .just got of the phone with the pres, Folger. He is a sharp, business-like manner guy. WEB SITE initial trial up buy jan.15, 18mm$$ rev.s already with, heavy promotion to the site by end of jan.99, through other portals and pr marketing efforts.....this will easily be a 10 banger in 30 days.....I KNOW THATS LONG TERM....buy. ALSO lots of mm's short picking up cheap panicked shares to cover themselves are get ready for the big move up. Private placement has a 3- month restriction.
