What is it you don't get? Adultery is not a crime in 1998. Clinton is not charged with the crime of adultery. That is the scenario in which led to him being caught in the crimes he did commit.

What is it your side doesn't get about that? Lying in court and obstruction of justice are crimes. If the crime was treason the questions would be around which enemies of the state the president had contact with. That doesn't make it a crime to communicate with the enemy and we wouldn't go around asking all of the representatives what foriegn entities they had communicated with as a funny defense.

This case isn't about adultery except in the minds of Flynt and his ilk.
