Why did AG Edwards downgrade? All other analysts are reiterating their buys and strong buys.

Here is what Gruntal has to say:

"Gruntal & Co. maintains "strong buy" as gross margin improved by 210 basis points sequentially, above expectations; new product acceptance was the primary factor in the gross margin improvement; management noted that it had not seen a slowdown in either PC sales or new projects that might impact internal progress; first quarter in which the company had more than 100 large deals of $500,000 or more each; has a price target of $70....."

Cs Boston too is very positive...

"CS First Boston maintains "strong buy" on computer networking company as Q2 results better-than expected due to dramatic operating margin leverage; outlook remains bullish as PC and networking demand strong across the board; expects company to enter new markets in 1999 that will provide sustained recovery....."
