jim, yes to go to arbitration one must have all that you say!

And while everyone must decide what is "worth it" to travel to New York and arb the thing, I "assumed" we are talking 1,000 shares of stock and so the amount lost is something material.

On the other hand if we were talking 100 shares, personally, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time, unless they wanted the "experience".

There are significant costs in TIME and EFFORT and possibly LAWYER FEES not to mention arb fees that make a claim for a couple thou not worth pursuing, IMO.
