Prove it my friend. You were the one that told us Insider Trading added three states more than two months ago and we all know that that TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER fairytale. Everytime there is a Website update the stock tanks. PRWT continues to stall on releasing the financials. I would be they are printing more shares and we are looking at a reverse split any day. How about you??? THOUGHTS???

Ray Gamble, CEO of PanAmerican Healthcorp, is quite an entrepreneur.
He started a private company specializing in creating efficiency in
medical offices by using the latest technological advances. His
company has been very successful and growing at an astronomical rate.
Then he saw a young company consisting of several inter-related but
yet independent divisions, each excelling in a dynamic fashion.
Ray approached PanAmerican Bancorp to become part of the PanAm
family and PanAmerican Healthcorp came into existence.

Electronic Superbill has been developed by a private company led
by the former head programmer in the Research and Development Department of General Motors. The Electronic Superbill is one of several products arising from the RX2000 family, the next generation in medical software. Superbill has two main functions - 1. Keep track of patients and insurance companies and 2. Lists common diagnoses codes and ties in procedure codes to these codes. It is a program of
revenue optimization for doctors. According to national statistics,
40% of doctors' claims are undercoded. As long as diagnoses are
documented, the program will optimize billing by using every allowable
code. The doctors will have more revenue and gladly pay for this
service.

Another feature is letting the doctor know the expected reimbursement
by the insurance company. Then a follow through can be made to see
that the medical office is being paid properly.

The Patient Alliance will be forging ahead in early 1999. Many
patients are denied services and / or are overcharged. Patient
Alliance will provide a service to these individuals to receive
proper care and charges. The Patient Resource Center is a unique
organization that allows members the benefit of the Patient Alliance
program. Membership organizers are aggressively promoting members
across the country.

PanAmerican Healthcorp has full control of the management and marketing of all programs of NHLT. While NHLT has the exclusive
license for POWERx and Longport Inc. scanner, it is PanAmerican Healthcorp that will make all decisions and provide for the marketing
of these medical products. The company will receive a major revenue
stream from these marketing and management activities.

The goal of the company is to generate substantial revenues while
providing a value added service to the medical community. Revenues
have been increasing dramatically. A large MRI Center just signed
up last week. Several new developments will be announced. Remember,
PanAmerican Healthcorp is only one division of several.

The Patient Alliance web site is being totally revamped offline. It
will be brand new when we see it approximately February 1st. In
addition, a web site is under construction for PanAmerican Healthcorp.
