Jens: I am positive that I was told "About 280 million shares now(nov.)". I did not record the talk but I am sure what I heard it is posted some time back and it is accurate. Jens. If this was anything other than a company in very serious financial trouble, it wouldn't be selling for less than one cent. There is no such thing as an undiscovered company in this market, none. Remember one of the truths to live by IF SOMETHING SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS (CRAP). I'm still in but I'm on the fence as to stay or sell. I really will be out on any rally in 1999. The January effect will be our friend and an opportunity to exit. If and when it happens, be on that bus. Very Sincerely, WineOh
