Do you have any reason to qualify your statement?
In my mind, CDNW is getting a very good partner with
NTKI, with good match of site exposures. And the last
mediametrix shows that both are in the top retailing web
sites so far.

I personally think the gap of cdnw and ntki is a good
value play.

CDNW without NTKI has significantly less web reach and less leverage to induce partners and investors. I suggest that you not think that the NTKI hookup is critical for both companies going forward to compete with the AMZNs and ONSLs and CYSPs etc.
