Blackstar, I take issue with one statement you made here.

Concerning the value of the stock if all 500mm were in the float being 1/5th the current value.

This is true ONLY if there are NO assets or revenue to back them up.

Don't you agree.

Remember

If they are issued to the float with-out revenue generating assets then I would agree.

If revenue is derived then I disagree with your statement.

Merry Christmas

Blackstar,

<I do believe you're confusing Authorized with Issued. The price is influenced more by the free trading float which today is 108 mil - number shares held.>

I do understand the difference in the two. What I am saying is that Eutro Management has shown shareholders that whatever is authorized will end up being what is issued and free trading. Whether all of those shares are trading or just issued to someone still effects the diluted EPS.

<Because it took to long and IVY was not the only asset they wanted to acquire? If 'the four' are not using this opportunity to buy back the leaked stock, it will probably take until early summer before that is fully sorted.>

It appears that it cost the company in the neighborhood of 10 mill shares for the IVY position. That is out of now 500 mill, which is 2%. They should have had 2% of the 100 mill in their own accounts to cover that until they had the others returned. I think that the company had other ways that they could have accomplished what they have planned without upping the authorized shares. Maybe if they really had pushed, as they were telling us earlier on the share issue, this could have been avoided. It really leaves me questioning management's desire to get that taken care of.

I realize that I know little of what is going on in the day-to-day workings of Eutro's business. Maybe they have a plan, but maybe they don't and are just as Binder has stated in the business of selling shares. Without some communication on their part, we can only speculate and go on what has been past practice.

Fact - The move to increase the shares has hurt current shareholders.

Fact - Management's failure to discuss and be open about this before shareholders has decreased shareholder trust in management.

This boat should have left shore a long time ago, and now we are expected to ignore the above two facts and wait at least another year for things to start happening? Not me. I hope it does happen eventually, since I do own the warrants and preferred shares. Management has asked us to hang in there with no reward for way too long. Will they ever be able to produce?

Good investing and again, Happy Holidays,

Doug
