It appears to be just another benign form with no impact on the stock.
Well, I adjusted my portfolio for the coming year and I've added to my LGND position in hopes that Ninety Nine
For LGND investors will be FINE!

Bob, or anyone

Can any of you read these ALLERGAN Form 144s (INTENT TO SELL RESTRICTED STOCK) ???
www2.edgar-online.com.

On this site, most everything is free.
However a paid subscription is required to look up TODAY'S filings
--- and ANY Form 144s.

Form 144 entries don't even SHOW UP in the list on my other links to edgar.
I'm really curious about them.
I'm also curious why everything is available on free edgar except Form 144s.
Can anyone explain this?

TIA
Cheryl

Bob,

The filing you cited looks to me to be just a legal cleanup of Ligand's provision to ward off a hostile takeover. Am I reading that correctly?

I trust Ligand has a strong, effective protection system.
