Ted,

Just wondering if you think VIAS would be an attractive takeover target to CPWR. Saw yesterday that they were looking to make an acquisition in the $1-$2 billion range before March 31, 1999.
CPWR is looking to improve their services business and their European ops. I have seen previous VIAS PR that seemed to indicate some strength in Europe, but don't know how strong. Thought you might have some insights.

Ted, Do you still own vias? I've been thinking of shrinking my
y2k's down to one holding and this may be it.
