Putting stock certificates into the PP buyers hands is does not mean they cannot short. He needs the cooperation of the PP buyers also. The fact that he is aware of the games that are played is a very good sign.

Did you ask if these shares are restricted or not the PP people got there money already and if there not restricted whats to stop them from dumping there shares if this stock goes over 1 to 2 bucks . I never herd of such a PP that gives the shares to an investment firm to try and stop shorting and so forth just seems unreal but then again its the ninties LOL anything goes. Plus what are we using to buy these two companies that we have letters of intent to acquire. David
