I wasn't going to respond mainly because the death of the Realtor is exactly what I'm predicting may happen. Cross fertilization may help if the services are as good-not just for the purpose of cross fertilizing. I have no desire for the short term benefit,then again, I'm a Realtor so why would I think any differently.<g>I'm talking about RELATIONSHIPS with other vendors who provide the same services. Cross fertilize the whole economy,so-to speak. Besides If I wanted short term benefits I wouldn't be long in this stock,now would I. Would you ever buy anything from your cousin? By the way I have a lot of people thank me for the service I provide. A number of lawyers as clients.
