I don't mean to demean the service that you provide to your clients. If you have been in the business any length of time than you have surely built up an infrastructure of mutually useful contacts. The point I am making is that when we work for a company we should totally commit to that company not just to the parts we like. If something is wrong, notify upper management how they can make their service better and help you do yours better. They listen. I would indeed use my cousin for his expertise. He was however not working for himself when I bought the property and I worked directly with the seller. I let him do what ever was necessary with his agent.
