It belonged to the taxpayers of the United States,no? As such it should have been under the control of the Congress.Whom Reagan deceived in order to carry out a policy that congress had prohibited. Correct me If I am wrong here. I believe that a President who uses such subterfuge to avert the will of Congress has done much more to harm the office of the Presidency than all the BJ'S Clinton ever got and all the lies he may have told to avoid detection. You are right no comparison! pez
