IMO, CDNW is a steal at this price just relative to other internets. With the potential Time Warner connection, this could be the easiest money ever made. "Monday, Monday, so good to me." Everybody sing.

I remain,

That is great news. More the merrier.

I was watching a repeat this day on CNBC. There were two bulls of the internet market. One was from, I think Deutch Morgan Grenfell, who stated that some major media companies like Viacom and Time Warner had not gotten their teeth into the internet yet, and they needed to. I think this deal would be a great match for TWX to get involved with now before CDNW's price gets out of hand, and it will in my opinion. A simple purchase of 25% or 4 million shares at say $40 is a mere $160 million infusion. That is chump change for the media giant, and allows an instant portal into the web at a very popular site, the third most visited e-commerce site behind EBAY and AMZN.

Looks like this week will be a huge week for CDNW as news on e-commerce comes out this weekend and the news about TWX continues to spread like wildfire. The comments made by each company only fanned the flames.
