Did you all do any net shopping this xmas?

How was the experience?

gw,

I did some net shopping. The convenience was nice but some items I ordered have not shown as of yet. Most were ordered in early December. I did not order, music or books.

Glenn

Nope, didn't buy a thing online. I spent the Saturday afternoon a week ago at the local mall, and found very nice gifts for everyone on my gift list. I enjoyed being able to flip through the large coffee-table books, reading random spots, so I know for a fact what the content of the book is.

Purchased for my brother-in-law at a B&N superstore (near the mall) "Lewis & Clark - Voyage of Discovery" by Stephen E. Ambrose, author of "Undaunted Courage", photographs by Sam Abell. I know from perusing this book that my brother-in-law will enjoy the book immensely.

Purchased other items: three Yankee Candles for my mother. Yes, I spent a long time sniffing all the couple-dozen different scents they come in. You can't do that on the internet! :-)

Bought other gifts, but won't bore you describing them.

Hope you're having a very Merry Christmas.
