I would like to say, but because of all the hazels I may get, I rather not. But I'm sure if you ask your broker to send you the latest tear sheet on OE, you'll find it there. I can't imagine that S&P, and I know your opinion about S&P, but if this wasn't factual, it would be a great discredit to them. S&P could have obtained this information from another source other than the company. Remember, everyone was expecting some announcement regarding an effort to bring OCP 4S to market early. But because of technical, as well as, competitive issues, the time frame is more like what S&P reported. OE probably was not able to mention this information or confirm the details because it could very well be "company private" information and only DB would be able to make this information public without a license agreement in place.
