Hi all.

just got interested in this company, i really like the concept. i was looking through the financial reports of the company and saw that there is no debt. this brings me to my question: if the company is been in the red for a fairly long time, how does it manage to stay out of debt? the common stock equity is very low, but the additional paid-in capital is very high....what does this mean??

thanks in advance for any help.
