Just remember, the one thing articles like these never point out is the same people who are cashing in their options are the same people that grant them and reprice them. As long as the well still provides water, they will keep drinking from it. These people deserve the money and there is no problem taking some chips off the table. Their option program is probably performance driven and with ASND stock up around 200% for the year, they are probably seeing MUCH larger pots of gold down the road. If there was legitimate concern about the insiders, this stock would have shown sustained weakness since November, all IMHO. GO ASND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Bloomberg's research is either biased or flawed. I just check the Proxy and the beneficial ownership section states Mory owns 1, 523,843 shares of ASND, not a measley 100,000. Big deal. Christmas bonus for him, nothing more nothing less.
