Thanks for the link. I am already using win98. I called my tech support and they couldn't help me so I just took the memory back to CompUSA for a refund. After I put the memory back in that I had the computer works fine. I don't know maybe it is the chipset. I'll probably be buying a new computer next year any ways so I'll just wait until then.
