Craig- I have to disagree with your point about keeping an eye on short covering is an indication of anything. How is delivering convertibles to cover the short going to effect the price of Ancor going forward one way or the other.
That damage was done a few months ago on the initial short sales.
If they deliver their convertables to cover their short in 10 minutes or in 10 years the effect on Ancor is the same.None. No? The only factor here now for Reg D is what is their long position is and how long they would hold. That is something we will never know.I think that is always a worry though when there is institutional ownership and more so with Ancor because of illiquidity of small cappers.
IMHO the most important thing to discuss is the Ancor market cap in relation to their fundamentals and the FC market.Bottom line is there are now 25 million shares out there at $4 apiece.
Craig -Your point about Tailwind selling their long position in early January is a valid concern in light of the illiquidity history of Ancor and something that should be considered by anyone investing in Ancor.
However the discussion about short covering IMHO should not be considered as a large relevant factor anymore. What is the difference if the Reg Ders deliver their certificates to cover their short next week or next year and how will that effect the price?
