Kerry .."but it's a beta release and about an hour and a half download (on a 56KB modem), so I haven't downloaded it yet."

You've got to get yourself a cable modem - about a 5 minute download for Netscape 4.50.

kerry,

i just tried doing the right click copy/paste on my wife's puter. she has msie4.0 and nn4.02 browsers. it worked. interestingly, with msie4.0, one must keep the mouse arrow on the highlighted text when right-clicking, for it to work. navigator seems to have no such limitation.

makes me want to try loading both newer browsers on my machine again. i tried it twice before and had to uninstall both. probs with hanging, freezing, ghosting, washout, etc. i think perhaps i have too much symantec software running, perhaps even during the download. i've heard antivirus programs can screw things up royally, and nortons in particular.

that's why i'm staying with both 3.0 browser versions... no bugs at this time!!
